" You will go far with CTR" By Mr. Haymore

What tis statement means to me is tha you can succeed in life if you chosse to be a CTR person. Nothing wrong will ever happen to you. To become a CTR person you have to be kind, generous, and caring. The best thing come out when you are a CTR person. On the other hand if you are a CTW person then all that will happen to you is destruction. You will not have a bright future because you are a rude, unkind, and unfair person that no one likes. This is an excample of choosing the wrong. But when you choose the right only good things wil happen. Drinking acholholic beverages, smoking, hurting others, and being mean are all tings a CTW person would do. A CTR person would help you, advise you on things, not hurt others, and do not smoke. These thing can help with your future career, whatever it might be. Also never let any negative person try and bring you down because you are a great and loving person that everyone likes, so dont be knocked down so easily by others that are CTW.

                                   Class Evaluation

1. Some things that i like about this class are that it teaches you how to become a better person and that it gives you life lessons and imporves your morals. It also teaches you a lot about programming and codes that can be use in a computer to make it do a specific thing. Other than that, you dont really learn much about anything in this class. I also like how kind and understanding the teacher is in this class. he is always saying nice things about the students and tryingf to help them as much as he can. Finally i like that the class is very easy and can give you time to think about another class assignment.
2. Things that i Dont like about this class is that it drains your energy really fast. It drains your energy because you literally do the same thing in class every single day. You come to class, sit down, you research a career pasthway, and then write a reflection on the student success statement. After that you just watch some videos that are realted to being a CTR person. Another thing that i dont like about the class is that it sometimes waste my time when i can be more productive and be doing an important assignment for another class But that is only sometimes. Other than those things the class overall is pretty cool.
3. Some recommendations for the class to imporve is to provide some more interesting topics to the class and to acually talk and learn about computers. the lass is very calm and always does their work so i dont think that it needs to change at all in that aspect. The teacher could do somethings that could make the class assignment more fun and catch the attention of his students to make sure that they are learning about the topic in the class, which is computer science. The CTR thing should be in the class rooom setting but computer science should be more important than that.
4. Honestly i dont really have any highlights in this class because of some reason but I dont know what to really say. The question for this paragrph is, what was a highlight for you in this class? Since i didnt have a highlight i dont know what to really type about.
5. I acually believe it or not did try my best in this class. i did all the work that given to me and wrote a reflection for every student success statement. So yeah i do think that i diid try my best in this class. Although at some point i thought to myself why am i really trying but i still did it.
6. Yes, i do read and write in my life planning journal for at least 5 minutes a day, although sometimes i do 10 minutes in a day so i wont do anything the next day because i already did the 5 the other day.
7. Yes, i do want to be a good person in gerneral and with that answer, i will commit to being a CTR
person, i want to be a CTR person because being kind and caring to others is something that everyone should do becuase it can help our community and our nation grow as a whole.

What this statement means to me is that there is not a more difficult choice than thinking about becoming a CTR person. Although it is something that doesn't seem all that important it truly is. it is something that you will go abide by for the rest of your life. Don't try to be a mean person because karma will always get you back because what goes around comes around. it is inescapable. What we choose to do will forever impact the outcome of  our future, There will be no turning back. Remember to always choose the right because it is the most important thing you should do to ensure success in your life. It will allow you to be happy and free, but most impotantly it will make you feel good. It will give you a peace of mind. Never think of yourself as abnormal because no one is perfect and you are beautiful just the way you are, No one can change that and your happy ending that you dream of everyday will come true. No matter what others say or think about that dream.

Greek mythology

I choose this topic because Greek Mythology has to be one of my favorite things to learn about. I like it because it is super interesting and they all carry some type of lesson or moral to their stories.

Greek mythology is very sacred and can teach many lessons of bravery, kindness, and generosity. They also teach other what happens if one is greedy, selfish, reckless, and most of all evil. They also have many gods that control or rule over a specific thing on the earth. For example, Zeus is the god of lightning, Poseidon is the god of the sea, and Aphrodite is the god of beauty and love. The most powerful god of them all is Zeus, but all the gods have an enemy and his name is Hades the god of the underworld. Hades plans to take over the gods and make them obey order from him instead of zeus but zeus is too powerful for him. Some other evil characters in greek mythology are Medusa, the Moirai, and the titans. Medusa is monster that has the ability to turn people into stone if they look into her eyes. The Moirai, also known as the fates, were three women that controlled the limit and direct time of death of a person. Finally the titans were strong beings that could destroy the earth but are also the parents of the olympian gods.

Character
If there is beauty in character,
there will be harmony in the home.
If there is harmony in the home,
there will be order in the nation.
If there is order in the nation,
there will be peace in the world.
Conclusion: 
If there is beauty in character,
there will be peace in the world.

What this statement means to me is that in order to have world peace we all have to have beauty in our character. Beauty in someones character would also be like being a CTR person. This include being kind, generous, and caring towards others. This is something that could change what is going on in the world today with all the different nations. As the statement said, if we hvae beauty in character we will have order in the nation. This means that there will be no murders, theives, and rapists in the world that can harm others. they wont harm others because th3ey have beauty in their character. It is something that isnt commom in 2017 but it is something that we can change to be common just by bringing this to the attention of the people. We can change the world because we have the character of judgment to know that what is happening to the world needs to change.

Yoga Therapist

Duties and responsibilities: Yoga therapy is an increasingly popular form of exercise that uses a series of yoga postures, known as asanas, to help treat physical and mental conditions. Yoga Therapist work with groups and individuals, combining poses, breathing and meditation exercises to create effective practices against ailments such as chronic back and joint pain. Yoga Therapist also create classes to help students achieve a more balanced, relaxed and invigorated state of mind.

Education: To become a Yoga Therapist you first have to go to  yoga therapy classes that are offered at naturopathic colleges, community colleges, fitness centers, yoga centers and yoga studios. They also have to get  a degree in a related field such as physical therapy, nursing or general fitness before completing a yoga therapy training program. You also have to be certified because in many states yoga therapy isn’t an employment job.

Salary: Yoga therapist annually get about a median of 40,970.

Demand for this profession: The projected job growth for this profession is 24%.

Reflection: In my opinion i was never really interested in yoga , so i don't think that i would like to become a yoga therapist. I dont like it because it doesn't seem as interesting as i expected.

What this statement means to me is that if you have no goal in life then you can end up stranded and lost in what you want to do for your future. This is a really important question you need to ask yourself. What are you goingto do for your future. If you dont have a goal then it can lead to many risky things other than being lost in life. One example is, if you dont have a goal, then how are you going to improve or how are you going to change into a more mature person. the most important thing is how are you going to impact the world and turn it into a better place, what will you be fighting for. If you dont have a goal then these are questions you will never have the answer to. you will just be a person who didnt help their community and the world that they live in. 

Memorial Day Weekend

This Memorial Day weekend I didn’t do as much as i expected to do on a long weekend but i still think that it was very special and memorable. The days of the weekend mostly consisted of sleeping in a car for about 2 days and i did a little bit of drawing in the car when i wasn’t sleeping. Some places that i went during this weekend was Berkely, various food, and market stores. People I met was my father, my brother, and his friends that also happen to be my friends too. I didn’t really get to watch any movies this weekend or any tv for that matter. Some CTR experiences that i had was helping my sister with her problems that i didn’t really care about as much but i still helped her because i was trying to be nice. Their is one book that i read this weekend and it was a book about giving me tips on how to draw and color drawings.

"When a deep injury is done us, we never recover until we forgive." By Alan Paton

What this statment means to me is that you will never truly heal if you done forgive the person that hurt you in the first place. Although i dont think i would have the same strength as the woman in the video to, be able to firgive someone that killed your own child because they were drinking and driving. I would have never even thought about forgiving them. It is truly the best thing to do in some situations but when they result in killing someone or something that you love then forgivness would never be an option to me. Mabe i just have to work past it but it is cruel in the first place to forgive omeone that has done something like that to you. For example, if a murder killed you child and got caught, would you be able to forgive them. Knowing that they killed your kid intentionally without any remorse or mercy. Would you forgivr them? No, for sure i would never forgive them because what they did is unacceptable and unmoral. They decided to do the crime, now they have to face the time. Never would i ask for a smaller amount of time, id let them think about they have do, while they are in jail.

" Dare to do right." by Rex D. Pinegar

What this statement means to me is that you should never accept a dare that contains any bad decision like running across the street without looking out for cars or to even run naked in the street. These type of dares are very bad and not as fun when you find yourself in the hospital or even in jail. You never know where these type of dares can take you but one thing is for sure that they will always lead you to a bad or unsuccessful end. Although these Dare's are bad, there are dares that can lead you to a good end. These type of dares are like daring someone to win a scholarship to a university or daring someone to always come early to school. These dares set you up for a magnificent future ahead of you because they encourage people to do the right thing instead of choosing to do the wrong. Even though it might not be as fun or funny but at least you know that your not taking that risk of messing up your whole future ahead of you. Always be aware of what others try to pressure you to do and never give in.

What this statement means to me is that if you are trying to do what you know is the right thing to do then stand up for it even though you are standing alone. An example of this may be, when you are at a party and every one is smoking and you don't want to but everyone else is doing it. it is better for you to stand alone because if you try to smoke then that can lead you to a road that is not so successful compared to the road that you decide not to smoke at the party. Even though it can be very difficult to stand alone, know that you will most likely will not stand alone in some cases because their are people in your life that will always support you no matter what side you stand against and what side you stand for. It is up to you to make your own decisions than letting others  decide for you . You have the right or privilege to do so. some people don't have that privilege because if they do so then they would die or be killed. So with the privilege that you have, use it to help those that don't have the same privilege.

Physical Therapist 

Duties and Responsibilities: Physical Therapist create rehabilitative programs for people with injuries or chronic illnesses to improve their physical function and quality of life. They also are responsible for knowing a patient's medical history and reviewing any referral from other healthcare professionals before they begin to diagnose a patient's movements through observation. They will develop customized treatment plans to help increase range of motion, reduce pain and prevent disabilities in your patients. Some of these treatments are therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and massage. Finally they keep records of their patients progress.  

Salary: The median salary for a Physical Therapist is about 85,790 dollars annually. 

Education: To become a Physical Therapist you first need to earn a Doctorates degree in Physical Therapy. Then you earn a bachelor's degree in science courses like  anatomy, physiology, chemistry, physics, statistics and psychology. Finally you just need to gain some experience. 

Demand for this Profession: The projected job growth for this profession is 34% between 2014-2024. 

 

Reflection: I don’t think that I want to become a Physical Therapist because it is something that I don’t really take an interest in and have no passion what so ever for what It contributes to others. I am more interested in the safety and preservation of animal life. For example; jobs that fit this description would be a zoologist, veterinarian, wildlife biologist, and many more.

What this statement means to me is that if you always do your best and try to complete your goals then everything else that is troubling you will fall into line and go away. If you do the right thing then your dreams will come true and you will become as successful as you intented to be. Nothing will ever be in your way unless you decide to choose the wrong and that is what makes everyone miserable in so many ways. so try to choose the right whenever you can and it will lead you down the road to success, Im sure of it. So never fear unless you choose the wrong. You are the only person that can get in the way of your own success.

ARCHAEOLOGIST 

Duties and responsibilities:  

Archaeologist study ancient artifacts from past human cultures to learn how they lived. They also dig up remains and artifacts that give information about past civilizations. Then you will gather data and spend time analyzing it in laboratories, and then you'll write reports about your findings. Depending on the kind of artifacts you are seeking, you may work in deserts, mountains or caves, so it will be necessary to adjust to extreme temperatures.  

Salary: The average salary for an archaeologist is about 64,290 dollars annually.  

Education: To become an archaeologist you first have to earn a PHD in archaeology. With this degree you can lead your own excavation team and your books about your findings. If you just want to become a teacher and teach archaeology, then a bachelors in archaeology will do. You can also get a masters in Archaeology if you want to become a professor and teach archaeology in a college. 

Demand for this profession: The projected job growth for this profession is 4% between 2014-2024. 

 

Reflection: I think that I want to pursue this profession because it is adventurous and interesting. I want to find out what happened long ago in history that my people wonder and question about. I want to find out what the people in the past thought about magic and how it worked, or how they used tools and built houses. So with that I am very interested in this profession.
