What this statement means to me is that it is better to be alone than surround your self with people who could possibly influence you to do bad things like cursing or even start you to like using drugs. If you do surround yourself with people then surround yourself with people that are kind and generous because later in the future that will eventually influence you to be come generous and kind towards others. Friends have a huge influence on what you become because sometimes you can be peer pressured to do something whether it is either bad or good, That all depends on who you hang out with. It is up to you who you want to hang out with so don't blame others when you cant quit smoking or using drug because you did that to yourself by choosing to be with others that use drugs. Those people are also known as CTW people because they Choose The Wrong in some points of their life but that can change if you devote yourself to becoming a CTR person(Choosing The Right).
