What this statement means to me is that if you don't tell the entire truth then is one big whole lie. For example if you go to a party with your friends then you go to in n out to and when you arrive home your parents ask you what you did with your friends. When you respond you only tells them that you went with them to go eat but that is only part of the truth so it is considered an entire lie all together. If you lie then that is something that you need to work out with yourself because lying is very unhealthy fort he body mind and the spirit. Sooner or later your lies will always catch up to you no matter what. it will drag you down, emotionally and physically. Telling the truth is something that will lead you to getting good karma that will bring you fortune, while lying will only bring you bad karma and that will eventually bring you despair.
