What this statement means to me is that you should always do the right thing no matter what. Doing the right thing gives you a clear conscious, so you don’t feel guilty about something if you know that you did something wrong and not right. Feeling good is something that we all want, we all want happiness and joy but you can’t achieve that is you are doing something wrong.sometimes doing the right thing can be beneficial towards yourself. For example,if you saved and elderly mans life and you don’t have a stable financial background then the rich elderly man might help you in return for helping him. It is all like a cycle, if you do good then good will come back to you. If you do bad the bad will come back to you. This in some religions is called Karma. Karma is a force that causes bad things to happen to bad people and good things to happen to good people.
