  goal should always be doing what is right. Never think that you are the best just because of a simple event, you should always stay humble and kind. These are the types of lessons that you don't learn in school but you learn them by going through life and if you make a wrong decision then you will just hurt yourself. Remember to always do what you think is right and think about other peoples feelings and struggles instead of putting your own first. Being selfless is another incredible trait to have. Being a leader can sometimes be hard because you can let your power and position turn you into tyrant. There are some that can resist that urge and only seem to care about their people and what he can do to help them. That is what a true leader is like.
