What this statement means to me is that you are in control of your body, mind, and spirit. So it depends on you whether you want to be healthy or sick. Although we might not have control of the situations that happen to us, we are still able to control our actions. To balance your body, mind, and spirit you have to make sure that you aren't putting your self down. Relaxing and doing what makes you happy will help make your mind and spirit well. For your body, eating healthy and exercising can keep your physical body healthy. Joining a sport that you love can balance out your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being because your are exercising, doing what you love and relieving stress. Thinking negative can effect your mental well being and being a couch potato can hurt you physical well being. The worst of all is losing hope and that hurts your spiritual well-being. It all depends on your prespective of the world and how you are going to handle it.
