What this statement means is that it is CTR, which means choose the right. Choosing the right can include being respectful, loyal, honest, grateful, productive, cooperative, kind , and responsible. Choosing the right is always the right thing to do because it is simply the right thing to do. you can never disobey the CTR rule. you must always choose the right and if you don't choose the right then that means that you are choosing the wrong. Choose wrong can lead to many different bad situations such as 9/11, it was caused because people were choosing the wrong and do you know the consequence for choosing the wrong, it is possible many deaths or something. Choosing the right will always help you get a better life and make all your dreams come true. That is why choosing the right is always the right thing to do.
