Duties and Responsibilities:

wildlife rehabilitation has to take in and help animals that are injured, ill, or orphaned. They must treat the animals if they are sick with medical services. If the animal is injured then they must provide a safe shelter where they can recover from an injury. Finally if the animal has lost its mother and has become an orphan than the Wildlife Rehabilitators must take care of it and train it how to survive in the wild, Then when it is old enough then it will be set free into its natural habitat.

Salary:

22,510 dollars is the money average to Wildlife rehabilitators who are non-farm animal care. This mean that they don’t take care of farm animals.

Education:

A high school diploma with related experience or degree in relevant field, such as biology or veterinary medicine is required. Also Federal and state permits or license is required.

Yes i would love to be a Wildlife rehabilitator. This is because i love to take care of animals and it is in the medical field. I want help animals in the world because the population for rare animals is decreasing and can become extinct without any help.
